If you ever need assistance with the portal, OFA has staff available to lend a hand. We have a Technical Support person to help with the technical issues, as well as a highly trained Mentor/Mentee Support person to assist you with any relationship or resource idea. The Director of Mentoring is also online each day, so contact us at vmentor@orphan.org with questions, concerns or ideas. Your job as a mentor is to support your mentee, and our job is to support you!
